Call for Principle of Reciprocity (PoR)

We rely on you, legal counselor in your global legal jurisdiction, to identify and author a PoR Case Journal detailing a domestic civil court case recognizing and enforcing a foreign court judgment, thus establishing latent PoR equity for your domestic businesses in that foreign jurisdiction. Recent case rulings and opinions suggest retaining local legal rights is of growing use across international civil courts underpinning international confidence, trade and sustainable growth.

In-house and outside attorneys producing a PoR Case Journal receive complementary admission into the Reciprocity Project, one Education Sprint Campaign, advance Reciprocity Conference priority and, recognition as a Friend of the Reciprocity Project
